Jennifer Poole Farrar is the founder of Jennifer Poole Law PLLC (formerly Farrar Law PLLC) a boutique litigation firm based in Texas that focuses on securities arbitration, regulatory defense, and employment law. With more than 20 years of legal experience, Jennifer represents investors, financial professionals, and businesses in complex arbitration and litigation matters across the country.
Jennifer began her career in large-firm civil litigation and employment defense before transitioning to high-stakes securities litigation at a nationally recognized investor advocacy firm. Her practice includes representing claimants in FINRA arbitration involving broker misconduct, unsuitable investment recommendations, and financial fraud. She also defends financial professionals in regulatory, licensing, and employment matters, including investigations, disciplinary proceedings, and contract disputes.
A former federal judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jose E. Martinez of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Jennifer brings extensive litigation experience and a strategic mindset to every case. She is licensed to practice in Texas and Florida and admitted to several federal district courts.
Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from DePaul University College of Law, where she served as an Associate Editor of the DePaul Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.
